Sometimes pages end up in the wrong order — a scanned document, a report assembled out of sequence, or pages that just need rearranging. Our reorder tool lets you change the page order of any PDF without any other changes.
Upload your PDF and you'll see a page order input. For documents with 20 or fewer pages, simply type the page numbers in your desired order (like "3, 1, 2, 4"). For larger documents, specify which pages to move and where. Click "Reorder" and download the rearranged PDF.
Does reordering affect quality? No. Pages are copied exactly as they are — only the order changes.
Can I reverse the entire document? Yes — for a 5-page document, just enter "5, 4, 3, 2, 1" as the new order.
